The Board Office is responsible for plan administration, which includes maintaining employer and employee account records, investing payroll contributions, processing withdrawal requests and generating employer and employee account statements.
 
Employers with questions about their billings, the Ohio Business Gateway, or other finance-related questions should contact the Finance Department at the Board Office.

Participant Services for Your Employees

The Service Center has licensed Account Executives who can help your employees with their Ohio DC account information. They assist participants with enrollment, deferral changes, allocation changes to their investment options, asset allocation information, and starting withdrawals from their account once they have retired. These services are provided at no cost to participants.

Your Field Account Executive

Field Account Executives currently conduct virtual worksite visits to speak with interested employers and employees. In addition, they present virtual seminars and webinars to help employers and public employees learn more about Ohio Deferred Compensation and its services and to enroll potential participants. Licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Field Account Executives provide education on the following:

  • Investing
  • Personal finance
  • Retirement issues
  • Understanding investment options
