The Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program values our Employers and participants. We respect your right to privacy. Our privacy policy is simple: We never sell or otherwise share our mailing lists.

You can be assured that sensitive Employer and participant information is secure. According to State law, we are not permitted to release account or other information concerning participant or beneficiary without the individual's written authorization.

  • Companies we hire to provide support services are prohibited from using personal information for their own purposes and are contractually obligated to maintain strict confidentiality.
