The Board Office is responsible for plan administration, including maintaining employer and employee account records, investing payroll contributions, processing withdrawal requests and developing employer and employee account statements. Employers with questions about billings, the Ohio Business Gateway, or finance-related questions should contact the Board Office Finance Department.

Field Account Executives conduct onsite and virtual worksite visits to speak with interested employers and employees. An Account Executive can visit your worksite at a time that is convenient for you and your employees with all necessary materials. In addition, they present virtual webinars to help employers and public employees learn more about Ohio DC, its services, and to enroll potential participants. Licensed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Field Account Executives provide education on the following:
